Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligible Returns

Items may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The product is defective
  • The incorrect item was shipped

Due to food safety regulations, opened bottles cannot be returned unless the product is defective.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and purchased directly from polonee.com.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at orders@polonee.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
