Shipping Policy
Flat shipping rate of $18+tax. Free shipping on orders over $150. Shipping limited to 220+ cities within Ontario; please check Delivery Areas page to ensure your city is included.
Order verification and Limits:
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, the billing address on your credit card must match the shipping address provided at checkout. Orders with mismatched addresses may be declined or cancelled.
Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to all areas of Ontario. Before placing an order, please ensure your city is listed on our Delivery Areas page.
Our e-commerce system is unable to automatically restrict orders from outside our delivery zone. If an order is placed from an address outside our approved delivery areas, it will be cancelled manually.
Refunds for these orders will be issued less payment processing fees and a $10 administrative fee to cover the cost of processing the transaction.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Age Verification
By placing an order on polonee.com, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your province or territory.
All alcohol deliveries require proof of age upon delivery. The courier may request government-issued identification to verify that the recipient is of legal drinking age.
If valid identification cannot be provided at the time of delivery, the shipment may be returned to us.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to alcohol shipping regulations, delivery may be limited in certain provinces or territories. Customers are responsible for ensuring that alcohol shipments are permitted in their jurisdiction.
Polonée Distillery reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally be shipped to the delivery address.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Polonée Distillery cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package has been handed over to the courier.
