Aronia Chokeberry Liqueur

Description

Crafted by macerating real chokeberries in neutral spirit, with no artificial flavours or extracts, and gently sweetened with sugar. Aronia berries are naturally rich in tannins, giving this liqueur its deep colour, complex structure, and pleasantly dry finish.  It is the least sweet and most robust of our nalewkas—and a personal favourite of our distiller. 

Aroma: Dark berries, subtle earthiness, and hints of wild forest fruit.

Palate: Structured and complex with dark fruit character and gentle tannins.

Finish: Pleasantly dry lingering berry finish.

Perfect Serve
Best enjoyed over ice to highlight the bold character of aronia berries and soften their natural tannic edge. The slight dilution opens the dark berry aromas and balances the liqueur’s rich, structured profile, creating a smooth and refreshing sip. It can also be enjoyed neat after dinner or paired with dark chocolate desserts.
