Description

Inspired by traditional Polish nalewka recipes, our Pigwówka is crafted by slowly macerating ripe quince in high-proof spirit before gently sweetening with sugar and honey. Quince is prized for its intensely fragrant character, offering aromas reminiscent of honey, apple, and citrus.

The result is a bright, aromatic liqueur with vibrant orchard fruit notes, balanced sweetness, and a smooth, elegant finish. Rich in natural flavour and beautifully perfumed, it is traditionally enjoyed neat as an after-dinner indulgence.
