Inspired by traditional Polish nalewka recipes, our Czarna Porzeczka is crafted by slowly macerating ripe black currants in neutral spirit before being gently sweetened with sugar. These intensely aromatic berries produce a liqueur with deep colour, bold fruit character, and a lively balance of tartness and sweetness.

While reminiscent of the French classic crème de cassis, this Polish-style nalewka is more fruit-forward, less sweet, and less syrupy, allowing the natural character of the berries and spirit to shine. The result is a rich, elegant liqueur with a smooth, lingering finish.

Aroma: Intensely aromatic black currant, dark berry jam, hints of forest fruit.
